USING THE PORTAL FAQs

Can I edit my order once placed?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact our team as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on stock availability and order deadlines.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers; however, our preferred payment method is by card at the time of order. To ensure availability and avoid delays, orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

How do I track my order?
Log in to the Event Portal, go to My Orders, and check the latest status. Our Operations team can be contacted leading up to and during your event should you have any questions.

Who do I contact if I have an issue?
Our Operations team is happy to help. You can reach us via email at sales@lhwoodhouse.co.uk or by phone on 011159 899 899.

Can I repeat my order for other events?
Orders are placed specific to each event and must be submitted separately for each event.

When will my order be delivered and installed?
All orders will be installed by a set date before the event goes live. Delivery and installation schedules will be provided once your order is confirmed.

What is the order deadline for each event?
The order deadline for each event will be clearly indicated on the Portal. Orders must be placed before this deadline to guarantee availability.

I want to order an item that is showing as unavailable – what can I do?
Some items have limited availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item is sold out, please contact our Operations team to check if additional stock may become available.

Can I use the Portal on mobile?
Yes – the Portal works seamlessly on mobile, allowing you to place and manage orders on the go.


TRADE STAND SPECIFICATIONS AND SETUP FAQs

I have ordered a trade stand for an event, what is included as standard?

Standard trade stand includes the structural framework, white PVC walls (including a front wall which can be opened and tied back during the event), roof and banner rail.

What size is the banner rail?

The banner rail will be installed at the front of your trade stand, running the full front length of the structure. For example, if you have ordered a 6m x 6m trade stand the banner rail will be 6m in length. All banner rails are 60cm in height and the framework dimensions are 60mm x 60mm box section. For specific dimensions, click here for the 3m Banner Rail and here for the 6m Banner Rail.

I want to display a banner on the banner rail, what is the best way of attaching the banner and will you install the banner for me?

Firstly, we advise that you check with the event organiser if you are permitted to provide your own banner. We recommend heavy duty cable ties for attaching your banner. We do not offer a display installation service. 

I have an external company installing internal fixtures within the trade stand, can you confirm exact measurements of the floor space and width of the stand legs?

The framework dimensions (including legs) is 80mm width x 120mm depth.  The width between two legs of a 3m x 3m trade stand is 2920mm, the width between two legs of a 6m x 6m trade stand is 5920mm. For full layout and dimensions, click here.

Can I order pleated roof lining when I have centre mounted roof lights?

Yes, the roof lining is attached centrally by Velcro enabling centre mounted roof lights.

What is the height of the eaves?

From ground level the height of the eaves is 2.4m. 

What is the height of the apex/centre ridge?

3.5m from ground level

I have ordered a wooden floor for my trade stand; what is the finished floor height?

Please note we offer two types of flooring, Raised & Levelled Floor and Ground Contour Floor, please see below answer for each product.

Raised & Levelled Floor: Our raised and levelled finished floor height will be determined by the undulation of your trade stand plot. The greater the undulation the greater the floor height required to provide a levelled floor finish. For guidance the average finished floor height is approximately 12cm-14cm but please note this is a guide only. For full specifications, click here.

Ground Contour Floor: For our ground contoured floor the finished floor height is approximately 5cm-7cm. This flooring is laid directly onto the ground of your plot providing a hard standing following the undulation of the ground. For full specifications, click here.

I would like an internal partition in my trade stand. Is this possible?

We can provide an internal partition/dividing wall, this will be the same white PVC material as the walls and roof. We can install this at any required level depth. Please note there is an additional charge for this.

I have ordered a flag pole, what does it come with and will you fit the flag?

The flag pole comes with a fixed rotating arm and weight. If you are looking to order a flag we recommended a 100cm width x 250cm depth with a sleeve top. We do not offer a flag installation service. For flag pole details, click here.

There is a diagonal bar positioned at the back of my trade stand can I remove it?

No, this must not removed. It forms an integral part of the structure and is a required safety feature. 

I have noticed you have team members onsite; can they assist in moving items into my stand?

Unfortunately our team are not employed to provide assistance in moving items in/out of trade stands.

I have my own trade stand, can you provide me with flooring and additional accessories?

We only provide flooring and accessories for our own trade stands.

Can I apply sticking tape to the trade stand?

We have no objection to general sticking tape being applied to the trade stand however when vacating, it must be left free of stickers and left in the same condition as upon arrival.
